What's Included

Subscription fees include:

• Software usage rights
• Feature updates and improvements
• Bug fixes and patches
• Standard technical support

What's Not Included

The following are not included in standard subscription fees and are billed separately:

• Custom development work
• New feature requests
• Regulatory change handling
• Data migration services
• Third-party service costs
• Training and onboarding (beyond standard documentation)
• Priority or dedicated support

Billing

Subscriptions are billed:

• Monthly or annually, as selected
• In advance at the start of each billing period
• Automatically renewed unless cancelled

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for unused time
• Data export available upon request

Pricing Changes

Pricing may be revised with notice. Changes apply from the next billing cycle. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
