General Policy
Subscription and service fees are non-refundable once billing begins.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued if:
- Service is fully unavailable for 7 consecutive days
- The fault lies exclusively with Company infrastructure
No Refunds For
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Regulatory or government system changes
- Third-party outages or API failures
- Client misuse or data errors
- Feature dissatisfaction
- Unused subscription time
- Promotional or discounted purchases

To request a refund:
- Contact our support team with your account details
- Provide documentation of the service issue
- Allow up to 14 business days for review
